8.4 - Statistical Reports

Introduction:

Symphony Statistical Reports may be used to provide granular statistical information about Users, Items or Transactions.

8.4.1 – General Comments

Wherever possible, statistical analysis should be done using BLUEcloud Analytics rather than Symphony/Workflows reports. This will minimise the load on the Symphony server itself and avoid overcrowding of the reports schedule. See Topic 8.5 below.
